Stamford American
International school:
Yearbook 19/20
I was the lead designer responsible for the end-to-end design of Stamford American International School's 2019/2020 yearbook series. This extensive project involved creating five distinct yearbooks, spanning Early Years, Lower Elementary, Upper Elementary, Middle School, and High School. The core challenge was to design a unified visual system that honored the school’s brand identity while being adaptable to the unique character of each age group.
Concept & Design: The visual direction was inspired by the school's core values—Courage, Integrity, Empathy, Ingenuity, and Compassion. I translated these values into a design language characterized by bold, playful typography and clean, modern layouts. The design ensures each yearbook feels both vibrant and meaningful, serving as a lasting keepsake for students, staff, and parents.
Execution: My role included everything from conceptualization to final execution. I meticulously crafted each book to maintain brand consistency while tailoring the design language to resonate with each specific audience. The final series is a testament to the students' achievements and memories, encapsulating the spirit of the school in a vibrant and cohesive collection.
