Faster at Shopee Regional Key Visual
A full-scale regional rebranding campaign for Shopee to reposition the brand as "Cheaper, faster at Shopee." I conceptualised and designed the key visual, which was adopted region-wide. To ensure consistency, we also created the brand guidelines and executed the design across a wide range of platforms, from digital banners to large-format outdoor ads on public transport and transit stations.
The concept was to create a sense of forward momentum and effortless efficiency. This was achieved by using a series of diagonal lines and dynamic, layered shapes that suggest speed and movement.

These elements are not just decorative; they serve to guide the viewer's eye, symbolising the quick, seamless journey from product discovery to delivery. The clean, uncluttered layout and modern typography were chosen to reinforce the feeling of a simple, no-fuss experience. The colour palette was intentionally bold, primarily leveraging Shopee's orange to create instant brand recognition.

A key challenge was creating a visual that could be easily adapted and scaled across diverse formats and regional markets. To ensure a seamless rollout, we set a brand guidelines. These guidelines served as the foundation for all adaptations, providing a clear framework for local teams to localise while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
